so far Mike M, has written all of Viking Quest’s songs. he wrote 66 in 1 year {2006} he also Co-wrote 3 songs in the same year. as of 2007 Mike Matula {Viking Quest} wrote 100+ songs. and co-wrote 11 songs. Mike M has written the majority of VQ songs. as of 2008 Mike Matula has wrote over 200 songs under the Name Viking Quest. Viking Quest currently has 9 albums.. his latest album was released in 2009.. VQ is signed to many indie and net labels.. in 2009 Mike Matula AKA Viking Quest started a bunch of Side Projects, one including a New Wave Styled Metallica Cover band.

Mike M. is very Original, different and creative. Viking Quest has devolped a strong cult following over the years. Viking Quest has made 9 complete Full Studio Albums, and 1 short 5 track instrumental album. VQ has grown even more well known as of 2009.
Mike Matula is currently involved in a side project called J-Moon.so far, he has recorded songs, wrote songs, produced, made music and beats and sang background vocals for the project. Mike and J-Moon have released 1 album so far. they will continue working together. and Mike will continue with Viking Quest of course.. Mike Matula the lead singer, primary songwriter, creator of Viking Quest is currently writing songs, and promoting his music.
VQ/J-Moon Collaborations are currently on a long break... MIke will continue to work on Viking Quest and his other side projects..
Mike Matula {VQ} and Maxwell {J-Moon} created and started a Indie Label together called Britney's Umbrella Records.. {BUR} there main projects are Viking Quest, VQ/J-Moon Collaborations, and Spiderbyte.
